Our consultations can be brief, providing just a quick boost or clarification, or they can extend over several months. The intensity depends on the client's needs.

Clarification of the assignment: We talk to clients and sponsors to establish a clear understanding of the assignment and roles for you and for us. At the end of the discussion, both sides decide whether to proceed with the consultation and draw up a concrete plan for the next steps.

Before starting any transformation project, we conduct a pulse check, i.e., we engage in qualitative discussions with various stakeholders from the organization to gain an in-depth understanding of the organization, the concerns raised in the assignment, and the objectives.

Feedback workshop: The results of the pulse check and initial hypotheses regarding the organization's starting point are fed back to the client and participants in the discussions. The results are reflected upon together and specified in an initial transformation plan.
