The initial consultation lasts 60 minutes and takes place in Zurich or via video call.

The initial consultation is always free of charge. The subsequent investment depends on the starting point as well as your needs and expectations for the consultation. The format and scope are derived from these factors: A sparring session costs significantly less than a coaching process lasting several months, and a pulse check significantly less than strategic support over 18 months. We will provide an initial concrete estimate following the initial consultation, during which we clarify the scope and depth of the work. A further estimate will follow within the consulting context after a structured diagnosis. This approach allows us to develop manageable consulting modules that can be commissioned step by step.
