FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bernhard Nitz
Bernhard Nitz is the founder and managing director of transformind GmbH in Kilchberg near Zurich and the developer of Ambiflow, the diagnostic and steering framework that makes organisational bottlenecks visible across six dimensions. As a partner at Königswieser & Network, he leads the programme The Art of Transformation together with Ulrich Königswieser. He leads every mandate himself, from the diagnosis to the close.
He founded transformind in 2022, after more than twenty years in IT and management consulting. Across those years, one insight took shape for him: whether a transformation succeeds is decided by the dynamics between people and by the patterns of an organisation. Ambiflow grew from that insight.
Prior to that, he worked as Solution Lead at Cambridge Technology Partners and Atos, and as Senior Consultant at oddEVEN. His work included projects at Zurich Insurance, Novartis, Swiss Re and Zurich Airport. The experience from these mandates has fed into Ambiflow.

He is a foundation board member of the Profond pension fund in Zurich and sits on the board of the Unternehmervereinigung Kilchberg, the local business association.
He writes on transformation and leadership, including for ManagerSeminare, and has spoken as a keynote speaker at the Accounting Summit in Berlin.

Bernhard Nitz is a partner at Königswieser & Network, one of the defining names in systemic organisational consulting in the German-speaking world. Together with Ulrich Königswieser he leads the programme The Art of Transformation.

Dr. Carlson Eyongabi Ngwa · Digital Transformation
Ambiflow makes organisational bottlenecks visible. Where those bottlenecks are technological in nature, in digital and AI-driven transformation, transformind works with Carlson. He brings two decades of experience from enterprise-wide programmes, including at Novartis, Takeda and Swiss Re.
Carlson speaks the language of software and IT leadership, up to CIO level. Where strategic clarity meets regulated, large-scale delivery, he translates between leadership decisions and technological reality, without either being lost in the other.
He holds a doctorate in Management of Information Systems and Technology and lectures in Digital Transformation at FHNW. Like transformind, he comes from the consulting tradition of Cambridge Technology Partners.
