Digital Transformation

An entrepreneur is personally supported one day a month during the digital transformation of his company. In confidential discussions, the specific status of the transformation process and the entrepreneur's personal challenges are discussed. Through targeted questions, the entrepreneur takes on different perspectives and is enabled to develop his own solutions or make balanced decisions. Any lack of specialist knowledge is compensated for by transformind as needed. Depending on the topic or situation, the discussion takes place in the office, in a hotel or sometimes on a mountain peak.
