Partnerships
Integrative consulting thrives on the recognition that no one can cover everything alone — and that honest collaboration achieves more than the illusion of completeness. transformind therefore works with carefully chosen partners who bring a depth in their respective fields that we do not seek to replicate.
1
Königswieser & Network (Vienna)
Königswieser & Network is one of the most established systemic consulting organisations in the German-speaking world — with over 30 years of experience guiding complex transformations in major European corporations and ambitious mid-sized companies. Their systemic-complementary consulting approach forms a core methodological foundation of transformind's work.
Bernhard Nitz is a Partner at Königswieser & Network Switzerland and co-leads the programme The Art of Transformation (German-speaking) together with Ulrich Königswieser and Roswita Königswieser — the flagship training programme for systemic transformation, running for over 20 years. In joint consulting engagements, this partnership combines Königswieser & Network's methodological depth and senior network with transformind's integrative transformation approach.

Patrick Utz / Venturize AG (Zurich)
Patrick Utz is a sales expert, author of Verkauf. Schlau. Machen. and publisher of the Sales Proactivity Index — a study on proactive selling in SMEs, conducted in partnership with the Innovation Hub at the University of Zurich. His article Raus aus der Vertriebskrise was published in the Harvard Business Manager. Since 2008, he has delivered over 500 projects with entrepreneurs and sales organisations across the DACH region.
The collaboration with transformind follows a straightforward logic: transformation without commercial impact remains theory. Where organisations need to not only reshape their structures and culture but also proactively realign how they approach their markets, integrative transformation consulting and hands-on sales expertise complement each other.
Local Roots
transformind is based in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich — and actively embedded in the local business community. Bernhard Nitz serves on the board of the Unternehmervereinigung Kilchberg (UVK) and is a member of the Unternehmerforum Zürichsee (UFZ). Both networks bring together entrepreneurs from SMEs and larger companies across the Zurich lake region — from long-established family businesses to internationally operating corporations such as Lindt & Sprüngli.
